  1. He is currently working in A Plus insurance Healthcare. He has 1 staff in Hong Kong doing IT operation support and 2 staffs in Philippines doing Full stack developing and Digital marketing. He is ore on handling a project, his main role is to help the company on the IT compliance, policy process improvements as well as system automations/improvements.
  2. One of his projects in his current job is developing the over-all Company Compliance Framework and authored the company policies related to IT compliance (e.g., BCP, Security) and Regulatory Compliance (e.g. Privacy, AML/FTF, Anti-Bribery).
  3. His extensive experience in planning doing budgeting and looking for opportunities for improvements help him to be always on track of the technology that is why he still can do the technical job; he can make his hands dirty when it needed.
  4. When he was in XXX he handles different team including the 15 System Engineer, programmer, technical support, and pre-sales. The biggest challenge that he had when he was in XXX was the team of technical support is too small. He only got 3 technical supports, supporting 200,000 contracted clients. He also deals with SLA target, but he set higher target than their SLA target to motivate and improve their team.
  5. He has a lot of Microsoft Solution experience, in infrastructure, distributed servers, MS Servers, MS Exchange and MS O365 and little bit of Azure. He also has a vendor management experience, and they have centralized concept in terms of supporting their users.
