He currently lives in Mumbai, India and for a major part of his career he was working in India and worked as consultant which is a more technical and then moved on to worked in project management and then worked a team leader and has experience in base coding and worked with the programming team and the infrastructure side and through his interaction on the implementation, he learned a lot in the industry. He was the bridge between the stakeholders and the IT implementation partners for the financial institution and they offer a variety of financial solutions to the client for infrastructure development.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Over the years he is always technically inclined he has always interacted with a lot of technical people, and he is able to understand the business needs and be able to understand it to the technical person and present it to the vendors and clients and create a timeline for the project to be done and should have a low margin of error for the vendors benefits as well. He has interacted with a lot of stakeholder’s management and had a lot of meetings with them, and IT management is also part of his skills.
- He also controls and manages a team and help them understand the vision of complete digitization of the applications and suggesting them solutions and discussing with them the vision and prospect of the product and they also do a lot of online integration which is a mandate given by the government and he was part of the implementation of various products. He has also managed the IT infrastructure as well.
- Before he was directly managing the Level 1 and Level 2 support team and alongside that he was also working as Project Manager, and he was also the bridge for the stakeholders, and he was able to achieve that.
In his earlier job they have worked on numerous systems and managed ServiceDesk systems and he has also managed Jira as a ticketing system and the Microsoft Project and it was a day-to-day part of the job process, and he has been doing. |
