1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in Canada for the last seven years and has been working mostly in financial lending including home equity loans, unsecured loans, setting up lending services credit consulting, mainly on sales and financial sales. Apart from that, he has experience with managing teams over the last four years and has done account management, key account management for previous companies like XXXX in India, and also has been into client acquisitions, B2B partnerships, and software sales as well. He is currently with XXXX as a Team Lead for the Lending department where he checks in with the team on a daily basis on how many applications has been received, attend meetings, set targets for the day and increase their pipeline; at the same time, check the number of closures or funding they are doing every day. On top of that, he is also managing a team of 12 people, ensure they are hitting targets, ensure loans are underwritten and approved, and talk to lots of clients both face-to-face and online. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Business Development Manager where he grew loan book from $800K to about $1.5M in just few months, he also was with XXXX as a Key Account Manager where he sold POS software and SaaS solutions to restaurant owners and clients. After that and up until now, he has been in the financial lending domain.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his communication skills, understanding the pain points of their customers, and direct/front sales. He’s proficient with sales relationship management, account management of any sort, and advisory roles as well when it comes to financial lending or any other services. Basically, his experience is focused on financial lending or he can also take up software sales roles, as long as the role is customer or client-facing.
