1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 18 years of experience into sales and business development as well as marketing across the IT, Telecom, and SaaS industry; he has successfully created executive strategic sales plan that directly contributed to revenue growth and expansion including Go-to-market and all. He’s currently working as a freelance business consultant where he has aligned himself with some consulting companies worldwide that provides him projects to complete in a particular timeline; most of those projects includes revenue management (growth, strategy), sales, business development, and lead generation from the market. Before this, he was working with XXXX where he was part of the technology called XXXX where they have product line and business line; he was the one taking care of the hardware part of their AVR technology and also who took care of the enterprise business division and has initially started with them doing marketing, promotional activities, campaigning, and lead generation as well. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as a Business Head where he used to take care of sales and marketing divisions, built up leads from the market, and handle complete social media part for a Loan Management System product of their company; apart from this, they also have Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Zoho as well. He was also a part of XXXX as a Senior Manager for Marketing & Sales where he handled a complete telecommunication product; he took care of cloud business sales, enterprise business, and key accounts as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Head of Business Development where he was provided a complete infrastructure to which he started to build and develop their business from scratch; he has explored different target markets, find the target audience, and was responsible for taking care of the complete portfolio of Microsoft including migration, cloud edge, or Office/Dynamic 365 for companies in the US, UK, and other territories like Germany. He also was with XXXX as an Assistant General Manager where he used to manage territories including MENA, Singapore, and some from the UK. He started off with roles in XXXX, XXXX (voice and data products), and XXXX doing sales and business development.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be purely sales, business development, and marketing as well since he has been doing this since he started his career; he’s also great with growing strategy, building up and nurturing organizations, researching the market, and making good relationship with their clients. On top of that, he has good negotiation and communication skills, internal organization with technical and business people, and making/finding solutions.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 18+ years of experience in sales and business development, he has been doing this for different industries including BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Manufacturing, and others. He has great expertise in IT solution products and has handled Microsoft D365, cloud and infrastructure solutions, other ERPs and platforms, managed services, and other technology products as well. He also has a network already in the UAE market since he has worked for different regions before including MENA and would just have to reconnect with them if given the chance.
