1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 10 years of experience in software testing and has worked in various domains such as banking, healthcare, retail, ecommerce, and commercial/casualty insurance. His main goal was testing of web-based applications, mobile applications, and was involved in API testing as well using Postman, JMeter for performance/API testing, and such. Apart from that, he’s also familiar with some automation tools including Selenium, AIQ automation, RPA, and related ones. He was recently with XXXX as a QA Lead, he was an individual contributor following Agile Scrum methodology when he worked for one of their US clients in the commercial and casualty insurance; his main role was mainly into requirement analysis, get the user story, and fix the issue gaps to create a finalized document/user story, as well as write test cases. He was also involved in the whole test coverage, deployment, and exhibit the test cases in QA environment as well. Before that, he was with XXXX as a Senior Quality Analyst where he again worked on the same industry of commercial and casualty insurance using no code platform. Most of his experiences before that are within the Quality Analysis area as well in variety of industry including supply chain, banking, ISP, and health insurance.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be into web-based application testing especially manual testing since he has been doing this for more than 10 years now. He’s also good with API testing using Postman and different validation methods. On top of that, he’s proficient with mobile application testing as well using Android platform.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience in software testing, mainly on the manual side but has few years of experience in automation as well. He’s well-versed in Agile and Waterfall methodology, has used different testing as well such as smoke testing, sanity testing, aggression testing, and others. Will be okay working with life insurance products and any roles in the industries he has been with.
