Has been working in the IT industry for about 14 years and has worked on major domain such as Telecom and Airline. He’s currently working with Nagarro as a Project Manager/Agile Delivery Lead where he is involved in the development projects and has developed support projects on the L3 side, also the maintenance of their projects. Before this, he was a Technical Lead for Elita IT Solutions where he guided and mentored the whole development team and conduct code reviews as well. He started off with more technical roles such as System Analyst and Software Engineer.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his good expertise in the technical side and managerial side since these are what he has been doing since the start of his careers; he started off more on the technical side and then later on pivoted to the managerial side.
