Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has around 9 years of experience in the IT Support Industry usually in the Tier 1 and 2, and now he’s on Tier 3 already. He is currently working as a Technical Support Engineer for XXXX where he is providing Tier 2 and 3 remote support for clients in Singapore, Australia, and China. He usually supports different OS like Windows 7 & 10, Linux, Red Hat, Ubuntu, and Ruby. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Technical Support Engineer as well where he provided tech support to Microsoft customers. Also have experience being a System Administrator for XXXX where he provided remote support, chat support, phone calls, and in-person installation, troubleshooting, and managing of different applications or software.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be backup and restoration for the technical side; he is also very good with supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 and have worked with different race and people. Most of the technology they are doing for T1 and T2, he has deep knowledge with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in providing T1-T3 support. Aside from that, he is also a good team player and have good relationship with his teammates.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
He’s a quite strong with General IT and also proficient with IT hardware components as well as software and applications since he has been in the IT Industry for about 9 years now. He is also very well-versed with Microsoft including Microsoft products such as O365, PowerBI, etc. Also good with supporting Microsoft customers.
