1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He started his career after his completion of Bachelor in Computer Applications last 2008. His background is within technology, coding, and initially was a web designer then became more of a user experience person, got interested with theories behind designs and such. He had the privilege of working with some of the finest companies in the world including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which is into pharmacovigilance industry, and couple of banking related companies as well. Recently, he has been into XXXX as a Leader of Product Design where he has led about 9-10 designers who were basically into research design, usability analysis, and he was also the one leading the entire portfolio of CPaaS design. Currently, he’s with XXXX as a Lead Product Design, as part of the biggest retail chain in the world, he is taking care of their innovation and process mining platform, as well as their automation platform, including their whole user experience design, marketing collaterals, and such. He’s generally a design leader with hands-on practice in leading a team, good individual contributor, and has touched a few parameters as well such as product management, business side, and others.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be being a principal designer, lead designer, and overall design leader. His 15 years of experience in product design has been spent in variety of industry including banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmacovigilance, airlines, aviation, and retail so he’s quite flexible in terms of it. He is proficient with lots of design tools and technologies naming Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and others.
