1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a Senior Engineer for XXXX, with technologies including React, React Native, Node, Express, and in different domain such as automotive, healthcare, education, social media and similar areas. He’s working now on an application for them, creating new features, and allocate the tasks to the team; they are following the Agile methodology, he’s handling the front-end team composed of one Angular developer, React Native developer, and he’s the one mentoring them. Being a Senior Software Engineer, he’s still involved in writing codes, debugging, and push codes on Git as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a System Engineer where he provided maintenance and support for client applications and was involved with requirements gathering and other client communication tasks. He also worked previously with XXXX as a Software Developer where he designed app UI and managed database/server maintenance.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mainly on the frontend development side; strong with technologies including React Native, Angular, and React.js. He also has worked with the backend side such as Node, Express, Python, and APIs, but is more proficient with the frontend side. He rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in frontend and 3.5 out of 5 in the backend.
