1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is an AI/ML Engineer with over 2 years of experience in designing and deploying intelligent solutions that have driven real-world impact. Her background spans around developing AI-powered systems in sectors such as healthcare and hospitality, with a strong focus in automation, cost-efficiency, and user experience. She is currently with XXXX as a Junior AI/ML Engineer where she has led initiatives like building voice-to-text solution using Azure cognitive services, cutting-edge documentation tools, and has developed GDPR compliant, NLP pipelines, predictive maintenance platforms, and dashboards in Powerbase as well. Apart from that, she’s proficient with AWS, Python, Tensorflow, Azure, and has hands-on experience in deploying models through Docker, CI/CD pipelines also. Prior to this, she was working as a Data Scientist for XXXX wherein she did customer journey prediction and also real-time monitoring dashboards.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mainly her knowledge in Generative AI and LLM-based solutions; she has already experienced and learned from her previous projects so she can definitely help another organization to grow in that area. Apart from that, she have a research paper published already by the Engineering Authorization Community which she believes is a unique thing for candidates to have.

She has more than 2 years of experience within AI/Software engineering and has great interest with LLM and Generative AI. She also has great experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch since she has used it for previous deep learning projects wherein she had to transform the data or model in a particular way; also strong with Python and cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, and bit of GCP.
