1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?                      
He started his career on an IT environment such as IT Support and Technician where he worked on computers and printers for onsite support. Over the years, he evolved himself from learning more about hardware to software and climbed up to doing Level 2 Support in terms of software including Windows, Microsoft Applications, and such. He worked with XXXX as a Field Technical Specialist and coordinated Windows 10 project rollout as well as support both software/hardware issues for them. Also, joined XXXX as an End User Support/Technical Support for devices including computers, laptops, and tablets. Before 2020, he was mostly doing onsite support for all users but after COVID, he switched to remote support. He joined XXXX as a Network Support Analyst where he again worked with desktop/laptop equipment, smartphones, printers, software, and peripherals via SCCM. His last role was with XXXX as a Mobility Operations Specialist where he provided support for mobile applications as well as Apple devices (Computer, Mac Book) whenever the company has new employees or existing users with issues. He has mostly serviced Windows environment, Microsoft environment, and such. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be helpdesk support and providing customers with resolutions over the phone, onsite, or even remote. Other than that, he has great customer support/service experience and has dealt with lots of escalated/irate customers and was able to manage them well. Lastly, he has project management skills as well since he was involved with two different IT projects where he had to lead and coordinate with team members in completing the job.
