- He is currently working in XXX as Technical Support Specialist. His main duty is to support end-users on their technical issues. He does troubleshoot hardware support, and conferencing system. He is strong in communication ad it helps him to resolve the technical issue in a small amount of time.
- He is using the Active directory for end-users account management. He is more on Level 1 to Level 2 support. He supported anything in windows or O365 related issues. He is using ServiceNow as their ticketing system.
