  1. Currently working with XXX Company So they deal with products, and they handle level 1, level 2, and level 3 support. If there are software or hardware related issues, the hospital will call them, and they will troubleshoot. Also To find the source of the problem, they will go through the DAL logs, checking the services and things like that. And then they run SQL scripts. To connect the station, they have to check the stations and the servers.

2. He is an expert in communication, It support levels 1–3,  troubleshooting, managing teams, etc.

3. In XXX, they use software skills such as Salesforce, bga, windows, sql, command prompt, etc. They find the information that they need to fix through  and if It's like a rough information they will go investigate and see what the actual problem is through running scripts, checking command prompts, and using services.

4. In his previous job in global enterprise, it was for XXX, so he used to get calls from corporate clients who had soft phone problems. What they used to do is determine if it's like a coverage issue, and then they begin to keep in touch with the network engineers. They send them the ticket, they fix the issue, they get back to them, and then they get back to the client.


5. He first started off as a customer service representative. And then he got promoted to the outreach team. They used to get calls from business owners and offices because they dealt with the office side of the corporate side of things
