  1.  He is currently working as Technical Support Engineer in a UK based Audio Tech company which is XXX. He’s in charge in supporting global users and he is also in charge in supporting technical issues in their Marketing department and in Sales department. He usually supports the issues in terms of their hardware and software issues and some account issues like password changes, creation of new credentials and internet connectivity. He is using Zendesk to support some of their end-users.
  2. He is also a trainer; he usually trains their new employees from 3 to 6 months to make sure their employee is competent and mastered their process.
  3. He’s strong in Communication he even rates himself 5 out 5 because for him having an effective communication you can resolve the issue immediately and he knows that he is an effective communicator since he usually resolve the problem of their end-users in a stipulated time.
  4. In Troubleshooting he rates himself 5 out 5 because of his familiarity on the products and familiarity in common issues like internet connectivity, account maintenance and issues with connectivity of their one device in different unit.
