His main job is handling servers, installing and monitoring servers in Hong Kong using VMware, mainly in Windows 7 and Ubuntu and he is also the network admin. He was responsible for the region of Africa and then moved to HK and is now responsible for global IT infrastructure.
- His strongest is system administration, installing and administrating servers, tech support and user support for 300 users. He has 12+ years of experience. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in Tech Support. He monitors their 10 servers, implementing new systems and solutions done in Ubuntu. He has done tech support for 50 staff across the globe.
- He has extensively worked in Windows for 10+ years and in Ubuntu Linux for a while.
