  1. He is currently working in aero-space, as customer support and customer account specialist, helpdesk to support the software in APAC, US and Euro, tech support in the US and enhance the satisfaction, provide sales support for the team and needs to travel to meet the customer once per month and provide the customer support. He deals with a lot of flight management system, handle the circumstance for the jet to travel the world.
  2. He has extensive experience in tech support, troubleshooting, system admin, customer relationship management, and sales support with the marketing team
  3. He is currently doing a migration with the system, to the AWS host environment he is the one providing teh support with the customer, the project is still ongoing, the team is doing 24 hr project to provide all of the support, and go to the new Amazon system. The system is hosted in the AWS system so he does the admin role for customer password reset and the troubleshooting and guide the customer to use the system and can-do online meeting in support. If there is any message, he will do the testing and identify the error and report
