- He is currently doing 40% of his job in user support to 150 staff in the office, help to maintain the servers, local and cloud servers, email and phone system.
- He specializes in user support, windows 10, office 365 environment for cloud storage, Azure maintenance, office business files and anti-virus and has created 10 years capacity, using VIOP system, how to set-up and SQL server. He also has some experience in iPhone support.
- He has done a relocation project, which he moved and built a server room and set-up all the table and PC from the 14th floor to the 15th floor, they also have office in Causeway bay in which the helped with the 40 pc to successfully submit and migrate the email. Before they were using an email host company, but they decided to move to office 365 and they migrated the email in a short time.
