- He’s in charge in all the IT Team in his previous jobs covering IT Support, and IT Operations. He also had an experience in user-support, doing infrastructure support like the network and daily operations, desktop and server maintenance, monitor VM and backup. Liaise with vendors about IT-related matter like support, maintenance, SLAs and contract. Project management for Singapore and Hong Kong for infrastructure setup and VMware integration. Provides Level2 and Level3 support and he has 10 people in Hong Kong and 10 in Singapore. Has MCP, MCTS and VSP certifications. Expertise - Deskside support. Infrastructure and IT management operations.
- He also helps company XXX for their Singapore Office Set-up system, he’s able to set it up via REMOTE.
- 15 competitive years using Windows Servers. 2 years on Microsoft Exchange Support version.exchange201P. He supported his team in DNS, Web proxies, Email Servers and Active Directory when his team has an issue beyond their system access.
- With company XXX as desk side support engineer where he serves as a Level2 support for their different offices in UK, USA, Brunei, Singapore and Japan. The headquarters is in Hong Kong so he receives escalations from them for any network, Windows, office application and VOIP issues.
