1.Currently, she’s completing her PHD in Electronics and Information Engineering. Previously, she worked as a research assistant with X wherein she developed an ANN model to predict hourly envelope heat gain in any residential buildings. She said that she preferred to worked on digital design.
2.She specialized in high-level synthesis in making RTL designs using C-based SoC design.
3.She doesn’t have any experience yet working with a semiconductor company since she’s still completing her PHD. Her knowledge is based on her research and using C and C++.
4.CAD or EDA – Yes, she used Cadence and Synopsis in her curriculum but she’s using now an open source tools such as Q-Flow and Yosys.
5.SPICE – Yes, she used before during her masters for simulation.
6.Since she automates her own designs and combinations, she was able to debug large and complicated data structures using C and C++. She added that she’s using GDB as a debugger.
