1. Everyday 9am to 6pm. He do support support, for division, networking. And troubleshooting. For example, like a change, they need some upgrade or migrate some integration. And in terms of that, they check for phone network devices for servers. And then they do like a refresh, and also he handles the tickets that L1 routes to them
2. He is expert in Networking, L2m troubleshooting of software and hardware, IT supporting and etc.
3.Previously, he worked as a network engineer for XXX. He develops, plans, and implements services for computer networks and systems, and he also troubleshoots issues that arise with those services. They typically operate as a team within the IT department, testing and documenting network behavior, performance, and security to ensure optimum performance as well as making sure network firewalls and security are up to date.
