1. He’s been doing their work from home for the past 2 years. He has traveled through the XXX for the project. He has 9 years of experience in business consulting. He's into enterprise resource planning, or CM consultant. He worked on different modules like Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Oracle Learning Management Absences. He also works with a variety of clients from various industries.
2. He is expert in security, workflows configuration of rules, oracle, and etc.
3. He traveled to XXX in 2015 and 2016 to implement Oracle Systems, and he worked with the client in the client location itself, providing user training sessions, implementing etc. And later, he also traveled to XXX, and to the insurance sector in XXX. So he has implemented a performance management system, Oracle Performance Management System, configured for all the users and employees who are in the XXX. Then he worked with another client, a government client, this time in XXX, on Oracle Fusion CM Cloud. He worked on a couple of modules like Global Human Resources and Talent Management to implement the systems for the XXX and, again in the year 2019, he traveled all the way to the XXX to work with a manufacturing industry, the XXX.
