- Currently he is working in XXX as IT Team Leader, he has a team of 30 members, and they are support 96 retails stores and 4 Telebet. All in all, they are supporting 5,000 users in Hong Kong. His team usually providing Tier 1 to 2 support to daily operations covering Windows, Office365 and AD, O365, Hardware, Software and Exchange.
- He was focus on hardware and end-user. IT infrastructure is not included in his scope of work, but he has basic understanding and can-do basic configuration and troubleshooting when it comes to IT infrastructure since he takes the lead in overseeing IT Infrastructure projects regionally.
- He was in charge in setting up and configuration for their server, but the architectural design is in charge with the application team. He can provide analytic oversight into Incident Management and Request Fulfilment processes and procedures to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to both internal and external customers
- In XXX, he managed a team with 6 members to perform day to day operation for IT Service Centre to ensure Incident, requests, events, and enquiries are received, recorded, categorized, and prioritized accurately in a timely manner
