  1. Currently she is working in a digital software company called XXX as Senior Sales & Marketing. Her main duty is divided in to two parts first is prospecting a little bit, so she is in charge for the inquiries, lead and invites. She needs to meet those prospects to understand what the software they need and how they can improve the digital marketing journey. The second part is showing them the demo and when it is good, she will negotiate with the price and once the deal is closed, she will be the account manager for the account, and she need to maintain good relationship to them.
  2. She is selling communication technology like EDM tool, this is an email marketing system tool. One of their clients that is using their EDM are BMW, American Express, etc. the other communication technology that she is selling is Marketing Automation Software with this software is more related to AI and customer’s behaviour, for example you blast out new sectors and then you open new sector so their software can create a lot of different standard part customer journey to nurture this audience.
  3. She is also selling Digital Event Management tool where Zoom, Microsoft team and other video conferencing tool is integrated in the system.
  4. She is strong in multi-tasking since she is managing over 100 accounts, so she needs to cater different requirements and handling any other technical issues. Because of that she strong believes that multi-tasking is her strongest asset.
  5. She rates herself 4 out 5 in Account management, because she is responsible and dedicated to her client. He always communicates with them asking for improvements or any issues that she can help and do the upsell since they have 8 different software that they are selling.
