- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has worked with a US based company where they provide hydraulic solutions which is used of mechanical and controllers which they use. They have a office in Shanghai and they have around 200 colleagues and he travels back and forth in China and he also led a team that is responsible for the test market and new development and product development as well and automation industry.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
On the sales side, he has been a sales Manager for 18 years and has handled different markets and is responsible for forecast every year and they are worldwide, and they even work with companies/clients in China, Japan, Europe, Philippines etc. They provide the forecast so that the company could prepare the production of their products. He also does market analysis for the new products according to the market trend and with the Chinese government expectations. He has also been a digital manager for 6 years and responsible for searching for new partners and manages them and create a procedure.
- What he is doing in general is he handles customers by himself and some of his subordinates in Mainland China. As a sales Manager he is also responsible in meeting the sales target yearly. In HK they have the Universities as their clients and has coordination projects with the Universities. Because they provide the hydraulic solutions, they also provided some simulator for the HK government.
- He is also selling some project which are simulators to Hong Kong Police, and he mainly focuses on Hong Kong region and some private companies like Cathay Pacific and they mainly dela with them on parts and repair and sell spare parts. He also sells hydraulic products in China, and he mainly deals with a lot of customers from all over APAC region.
5. They are also providing solutions to manufacturing companies in Hong Kong which provides the machine for Tesla and also they work with many steel manufacturers in Hong Kong, and also works with the biggest steel manufacturer in China and also works with the electric companies and to control the steam that is going out from the factory. |
