Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently a Senior Manager in XXXX, an AI lab in Hong Kong, where they develop their AI solutions in the manufacturing industry. He is mostly responsible for partner acquisition and program management. He works closely here with senior management and different teams. They also have few projects currently in collaboration with XXXX and one from XXXX. Before that, he was a Project Manager for two different companies and has been a BD Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer during the early years of his career.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his soft skills management as well as his strong academic background experience from the engineering field. He is also good with negotiations, decision-making, marketing, and business development.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Not much technical experience on LiDAR technology and laser scanning and is just more on the academic side. Also, has experience in modelling and BIM using laser scanning. Have experience in working with government, some are NGOs and semi-government departments so he’s quite familiar with bidding and project execution. Has experience as sales engineer but quite a long time ago already. Comfortable with people.
