He is currently working as Senior PM and responsible for mainly some data projects, have a PM title but background is quite technical, previous job as a programmer and graduate and promoted to tech man, switched to and lately promoted to a senior pm and what he is doing now is to manage some projects, task to endure the projects are delivered on time, some internal workflow system and also financial cost management system and some fin, the 1st bank to use blockchain tech and previous major work. While a PM, intend to in a highly technical team lead, always think must possess some technical knowledge and some introduction about him.

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He is very good at management of blockchain project, rates himself 4.5 out of 5. He is quite familiar with blockchain, not hands-on programming work but from the concept to the tech details to the business use cases and besides also for some traditional IT knowledge, point of view, knowledge, have some certification, from blockchain to cloud and also some MongoDB etc.
