-In his current company he is in charge in Navision their ERP System, for their accounting , functions and inventory. He resolves some problems IT support like lvl 1 support but he is focus on supporting ERP system.
-He communicates with clients and users. To understand their needs and requirement, so that he can do what the client is needed and he’s been doing this for 10+ years.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
-He has extensive experience in supporting, implementing and managing ERP System and Software system regarding medical and laboratory.
- Do you have Key Criteria (Leadership) ?
When he was in XXX, he has 1 subordinate and in Abbott he was the regional IT specialist under him are the local IT specialist and he is taking care of them, and he was the lvl 3 support. In this project, they are under in his management.
- Do you have Key Criteria (Troubleshooting, networking)?
-He has experience in troubleshooting, especially in his current company he handles apple devices, he is in charge in installing application and systems. He also does configuration for networking, servers, and firewalls
