Interview Assessment Notes	He is working in the field service and currently works as an IT support specialist in the Asia helpdesk team management. He supports the users across Asia, providing day to day helpdesk and sometimes onsite support for CRM, O365, ERP systems, servers running in SQL and Hyper-V server, laptop and domain control. He is strongest in providing helpdesk support to users, including windows platform, Mac OS platform o365 and server. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in MacOS, iOS, VPN, Infra and network and 3 out of 5 in G-Suite. He has done an infrastructure project, there were 52 servers running in very old machines for over 10 years and needed to be upgraded, it took 2 months and some running on windows server 2000, 2003 and they transferred it to the VMware server and also used VMware for the outside and build new back-up system and then spent 6 months for the whole upgrade project. He has done a project in Exchange 365 update, relaunched an upgrade, exchanged server directly to O365, he needed to organize and worked with the vendor to provide the support, planned all the days and took 2 weeks to migrate and it was a success. He has 3 years of management experience. He also has experience in Cisco Meraki stack, they have a cisco switch and he needed to do the maintenance and daily check with his colleagues, for updates or changes, he needs to provide support to his boss, when they need to update or change WLAN from A to B and most of the time he needed to change it by himself.
