- He was working in XXX as Senior Project Manager. They provide office automation, IT service, and provides IT Consultation. His main duty is to develop the IT governance policies for the AP region to follow. Review annual IT budgets and actual IT spends of the AP region to identify areas of savings and collaboration. Work together with the security team, application team, and infrastructure team to establish guidelines for the operating companies to follow.
- He has a lot of exposure in doing IT functional across countries he supported the AP Region and greater China in XXX. He covered, Australia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Philippines. He also done the ERP projects in China and Vietnam. He recruited three IT Managers for Vietnam office.
- He is also in charge in implementing IT continuity management program to ensure that their end -user can work remotely and still have access to their servers and system thru VPN, they have additional bandwidth, user’s that don’t have the company laptop can use their own desktop and can access virtual desktop to do the work and can access their system in the data center.
- He has done doing data migration from Microsoft 365 to office 365 and he helps the company to relocate and set-up their data centers to their new office.
- When he was in XXX, he was in charge in IT Infrastructure and he was building their WAN they do it using intranet and vpn technology then linked up all their stores from head office into different countries and tin the second phase they change into a private network for all the stores. And for security he was in charge in fire wall set up and for the anti-virus. Then they have this spam email campaign that they created to make some awareness to their end-users.
