She has decided to leave her current job since the company is relocating in Shanghai and she wants to take care of her parents. She has worked in 1 company for 16 years he started as IT Support and then currently works as Director she is assigned to create the POS. She also does HTML and PHP. They have offices around APAC the HQ is in HK but will relocate in Shanghai. She is also involved in SAP, E-Commerce projects and in cyber security and firewall and networking and windows servers as well.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She uses Java a lot she designs the front end and back end of the platform and system. She also has Oracle, Cisco, and Java programming experience. She has Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining IT Service Delivery, including Service Desk, NOC, End User technology and support.

Do you have Management experience?
She has 6 years of Management experience, was in charge of some IT officers, in Singapore, Malaysia, and Mainland china, has led both internal team and external teams. She also manages the complete procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, recommendation and contract negotiation and also execute new vendor detail background checking to prevent any high-risk business partner.
She also has certifications in both PMP and ITIL and also has OMS experience since she worked since worked to ensure CRM / Loyalty Program system development projects are delivered on time and on budget and coordinate between end users from different internal teams and other business units within the group and vendors to specify software application requirements and specifications, manage UAT including coordination duties and user acceptance signoff.

She has around 10 years of experience in Java, creating ERP, POS and eCommerce and software platforms that are part of the SAP connection and implementation. Would rate herself 4.5 out of 5 in Java.
A project she has done is the AUT, serve the end user for sales, accounting and finance depatment and customer service department. They create the platform from scratch and work together with the outsource IT vendor and also work out the ASP, back-end platform that is linked to the server, the outlook email, introduce all of the staff, how many commissions and then use the crystal report, generation of report for planning and finance department.
