-He has 12 years of experience IT Technical and 11 years in IT sales. He learns a lot, like he needs to be gentle and knows the customer needs. He needs to comply requirements and concerns and talk to his teammate in terms of technical side of the team for System implementation.
Around 12 years he singles handled the IT Department. He manages the IT team; he has 4 developers. He is frequently travelling from HK to China once a week to oversee the IT process and help for some IT issues and services.

-Hi technical and sales experience helps him to understand his customer in providing great solutions.

-He is a jack of all trades, he can handle the whole IT department, and managing active directory, doing trouble shooting, server maintenance, setting up firewalls, providing advise on security. And doing the IT infrastructure.

-In his current company he formulates, the IT company policy and within security sector he almost built the company policy for IT security but it is more focus on Banking and security sectors.
