- He is currently working in XXX as Senior IT Infrastructure. He is responsible in supporting and managing IT infrastructure in Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), including VMware, CN AWS, network/firewall issue and more. He needs to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects and task for Greater China and Hong Kong users, like CRM, online store deployment and upgrade.
- He’s been in XXX for 5 years and been involve in different roles. He was the senior deskside support analyst where he needs to provide excellent IT Service Desk support to Hong Kong, Korea, UAE, and India office users, where in Hong Kong office have multiple VIP users. And Setting-up and lead the project of the new Korea and Taiwan office, IT equipment deployment project. He also needs to do site visiting and ensure that the IT services and equipment are in place.
- He also has the experience in supporting Apple devices, in his previous company there’s multiple Macintosh users, they also need to support them. They have a system that helps them to manage of the deployment of the Mac OS.
- His IT security experience, they have cyber security team, to manage all the security issue, but he just working with them for auditing, giving access to the audit team to have investigations. He needs to help them to deploy their system into their services.
