Has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and he has been working with his current company since 2014. He had also worked in various industries as well and has joined a TV Manufacturing company as well. He started working on the IT Infrastructure site for over 15 years.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He has led a Team of 20 Junior staffs in Operation of fixed Network and has also managed the implementation of SMSC system. He has strong knowledge and experience in using LAN/WAN, Cisco 2900 series, 3750, 6509 series, 100BaseT/10BaseT/Gigabit Ethernet, , Juniper Net screen Firewall, Nortel Passport and Switch, Wi-Fi, VoIP gateway, SS7/SIP, GSM/CDMA, ATM/Frame Relay, ISDN, SONET/SDH, RF spectrum and products, NAS/SAN storage (EMC) as well as strong knowledge in Network Protocols such as TCP/IP,EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VPN/L2TP/IPsec, DHCP, PPPoE, DWDM/SONET/ SDH, ATM/Frame Relay, MPLS, T1/E1, IN,SS7/SIP, CAMEL, and SNMP.
- He had worked as a Senior IT Support in the setting up of servers and network infrastructure for the support of e-payment systems. Support in the medium sized company Office IT requirements. He also worked as a IT Support in Windows server installation, Network Monitoring tools installation, in house network, Wi-Fi and system troubleshooting, etc
- Has managed people on his team before and worked as the Senior IT Support from his previous work. He also has a strong knowledge in Apple Product Support in both both hardware and software Has handled and negotiated with different types Vendors and Stakeholders.
