Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers?
He graduated last year 2021 and got around 3 years of working exp, they got to do some internship for his class so did months of internship and after he only decided to stay as a full-time developer and student and have been working at XXXX for 2.5 years.
The 1st project, helping to revamp the whole platform, includes form builder, different page and etc. mainly served as one of the flow, the company back at the time was aiming for projects, like how people can join the event and in return can also offer some survey and think it’s been about 10 month in revamping the whole thing and responsible for front-end, react, redux and graphql and some. In revamping introduced and typescript and also the api to just restful API and for that project new features, maintained and one of the PM had to leave the company and couldn’t get one on time so acted like a scrum master for 2 months.
In the last project, decided to create a new product, basically more less customizable event solution and new UI and data model is almost the same. Now switched to serai, the 1st week, let them look about the project and while they think studying the project, start creating the url and to have a higher standard and after that started developing, simple regular engineer

What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He is strongest in React as he spends 2 years in front-end and started working on back-end and JS and a lot of time in JS and React. He has done a project that is registering form, event solution and in serai the product is made by React and the past 3 years have been coding react. Would rate himself 4 out of 5 in React, 3 out of 5 in Graphql, mainly responsible for implementing, 2 out of 5 in Ruby, spent not that much time, and 3.5 out of 5 in PostgreSQL. The most successful project he had done, would say, for intranet for at that time, software engineer also acted as PM or Scrum master to help the team get along with and there is no Manager or CTO so day to day, like tons of customizations from the clients, to communicate with the team and that is too much for the single project to use his coding skills and used the PM skills to keep things going on
