His primary duty is to answer calls, email concerns of their customers regarding membership program, and he also do some marketing materials in CRM. He is a quick learner he can easily understand and used new system or software, because currently he’s self-studying, programming language which is Python.
- He's strong in Customer Service he rates himself 5 out 5 since he’s been doing Customer Service for almost 7 years. So one of the difficult situation he had was when the irate customer and wants to speak with the upper management but he will make sure to handle the situation professionally by being calm down and understand the concerns and explain everything that they need.
- He is not familiar with some container technology and JIRA, but he is willing to learn. He had a 1-year experience using Zendesk for customer service because his current company didn’t use any third party software.
