- One of the pioneer Sales person in their company and she’s been in XXX Electronics for almost 14+ years. Started as Sales Executive then promoted in Junior level then now she’s the Senior Account Manager and handling 3 members in her team. She’s handling OEM/ODM Electronic products since then. She’s involved in market research and key account management focusing in Europe and U.S. Audio market.
- Negotiation 4 out 5 – This is her strongest asset since in sales industry a sales person should have a good negotiation skills. In her experience there was a time that their client didn’t reach the target price so she made a plan, gather details and tell them the reasons why they didn’t reached the target. She made a 2 proposal first proposal is based on their client’s requirements and the second one is based on how the company will hit the target so the company choose what is best which is the proposal that can hit the target.
