She has started in a hotel and provided customer services and her biggest achievement is that she was to handle high revenue in Sales and she left the hotel industry and then worked as a B2B business development and she worked with SME Customers and she consistently hit her sales target.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
She has a strong BD background and account management and Project Management and she works cross functionally and she was able to gather customer feedback and works with the engineering team to create new products or launch new features and works on the progress to make sure that the launch is smooth.
- She has also led a team of 12 to help launch the app and they were setting up everything from scratch and in her previous job she was a founding team member she was the BD person to help grow the market and they were able to have hundreds of customers and did the Account Management and was mixed with SME and etc.
She is good in handling accounts and prioritizing very well and she can cross-sell very well. She has worked with eCommerce platforms and SAAS solutions for investments. |
