1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
He studied in XXXX in Information Systems. He has worked in a few startups already to which are most in the IT or Tech, mostly SaaS platforms. He worked as a Business Advisor (Sales Consultant) with XXXX where he managed ERP System sales and also was involved in closing contracts from multiple markets. After that, he joined XXXX as a Client Services Associate for Private Equity where he worked with investors and business leaders for successful investment funds, consultancies, and such. He is currently with XXXX as a Presales Engineer which is a provider of AI solutions for insurance companies, he’s working on technical and functional requirements for clients and at the same time, doing client-facing such as customer/client success, get the deal rolling, do product demo, and such. As a Presales Engineer, he’s also responsible for the gap analysis for RPs, RFIs of a complex sales cycle especially for AI-based products; he’s the first hire in APAC so he’s handling all of APAC at the moment handling technical qualifications, architecture/infrastructure discussions, etc. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be product literacy and expertise, he is great in understanding business needs and flows in order to come up with the best solution for his customers/clients. Industry wise, he has worked mostly for insurance companies and tech companies handling SaaS. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles being Business Advisor, Sales, and doing Customer Success function as well. He’s well-versed with deployment and implementation of SaaS platforms since he has performed this especially in his previous company. Currently, he’s involved with AI-based products and solutions mainly for insurance companies so he has great client-base in that industry as well; he has worked with most of the Top 20 insurers in Asia so he’s confident in that part. He also has lots of experience with startup so he’s familiar with the setup and culture, and is okay to join the same.
