Her previous was working as Assistant Customer Service Manager and he responsibilities is to do client onboarding for financial institution for existing client and potential clients and she handles all the questions about he banking service and protocol review and work together with internal department to streamline all major clients and find the clients the most effective solutions for their products.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Her strongest skills and strengths is her communication skills and has been working in the banking industry for 6 years and she has a strong client facing experience and knows how to handle her clients and get information and she helps in finding the most effective way in finding solutions to their problems and she also worked with operation team and Senior Sales team and she figures out which solutions is best/suitable for her clients and be able to bargain with different parties.
- She also generates management reports for their top management so they could know about their status on their clients and she handles all the cases that is being escalated to her and help solves those complaints and does the investigation and she is mainly on the supporting role and she also needs conduct client engagement for their potential clients and she is also does the client facing and introduce their products to them.
- She has worked for X Bank as a Relationship Manager and most likely their clients were referrals from X headquarters and her clients were X corporate clients and she provides phenomenal clients service to them and convince them to deposit to their Hong Kong account and if they have difficulties they seek her help and she works with the Sales department and she does the crosselling for different products. Her role is more on the supporting role and she does client facing for this role as well.
