When he was in Indonesia he started his career path as a Sales Representative at a Korean owned Indonesian shipping company. After he joined XXX as a key account manager, he oversaw and managed Korean conglomerates such as Samsung and LG, etc. This involved an end to end supply chain including air, ocean and customer clearance.

After around a year he was promoted to Head of Field sales and managed around 5-6 field sales headcount. Here he represented Indonesia organization for all their network countries and growing the trade lanes. He grew 150+ local Indonesia SME accounts.

After another year he was promoted to head of key account management at XXX, where he managed the global forwarding of Indonesia. He developed 60+ CSI, MNC and Strategic accounts across all industry sectors covering Indonesia with a team of five key account managers.

At XXX he was Head of Customer Care, also called National Customer Care Manager. There he led FTEs half was direct report the other half was indirect, covering all Indonesian regions. He was part of the SEA logistics team.

Currently he is regional customer manager as he sought for a regional role. Here he is overseeing Global and Multinational customers as part of the Asia Pacific Regional Commercial Team.
