1.Currently, he’s working with X as a Senior Project Manager. His roles are to plan, manage, and design the new process of a new production line for Hybrid watches. Created and presented several new watch innovation concepts to customers and manage sustainability projects. He also worked with X as project director. He developed and managed the project milestones for successful market launches of Kenneth Cole and Freestyle smart watches. He also worked as a business development manager with X. He was able to double the revenue for European market after a year managing the sales team. Worked with X as a business development director. Previously to that, he also worked with X as an engineering manager. He managed the set-up from ground up the digital watch engineering team in Cebu. Mainly managing the production aspects of the business.
2.He specialized in details of a product or project management also with the development business wise and an effective communicator with the stakeholders.
3.He was able to worked with a company that catered US customers/market.
4.No experience in working in a start-up company but he was able to establish an engineering team for X from ground up. Willing to work with a start-up company given a chance to work with one.
5.Agile – Yes, he used it with X for the development aspect and component set-up.
6.DevOps – CI/CD,Jenkins,Docker – No experience yet since they do have different team handling those.
