1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Strategic Account Manager and Senior Project Manager for XXXX and he’s more of a director already for APAC region. As a Senior Project Manager, he is basically focused on software development and work/manage a range of engineers for developing biomedical research applications for large organizations and government. He has worked with the XXXX and XXXX to develop their genomics platform and helped develop that into three different hospitals in HK. Aside from that, since he’s the only one in Asia in their company right now, he is responsible for overseeing and establishing new projects across Southeast Asia. He is involved in lots of client management/handling including getting their requirements and dealing with them all throughout the project. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his good communication skills and good relationship with their clients. He is good with negotiating between clients and helping their team achieve the projects’ success. As a project manager, he often comes up with solutions and strategies with his team to solve the problems and requirements of their clients.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is currently a senior project manager and has an experience in the energy industry during his time with XXXX; he has worked with them to build and establish a whole system focused on energy management. He has worked for several clients/companies in establishing their energy system that can actually record and manage their energy usage for all their stores. Very knowledgeable as well with cloud services since that is what he works on almost every day. Their company uses both AWS and Azure but he is more familiar with AWS compare to Azure, can say he has very strong understanding of those. Has implemented and delivered SAAS as well for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. For the one in XXXX, it’s the system that is initially mentioned above. For XXXX, they have developed a health platform for a range of companies they are working on. And then recently, when he is in XXXX, they have developed and implemented a similar biomedical software but for a much larger scale for government agencies and organizations
