Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently finishing her MBA at XXXX and was a nuclear scientist way back in India. She was a Scientific Officer E for XXXX where she was responsible for production overlooking, production of nuclear fuel, to setting up the nuclear facility. They have handled several projects here into which she gained her project management skills as well since 2014. The process were most likely that they get a project, develop it, and deliver it on time to their clients.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling people since she has been doing this for quite some time now. Also based on her annual reviews, it is what they consider as her primary skill. She has handled numbers from 5 to 15+ people. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in project management in general including her skills, knowledge, and experience.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in project management and has experience with energy industry, specifically in the nuclear energy area. Familiar with CLP and knows about them briefly; she wants to advocate for clean energy which CLP is also currently targeting so she’s interested to join it if given the chance. Open to learn AWS, Azure, and cloud service providers but for now, no solid experience in it yet.
