She is mainly scrum master and before was business analyst only, managing and making sure the scrum project is followed, discuss requirements with customer and draft requirements in Jira, flow charts and design before that, she was only a business analyst and during project process testing for the project and random testing to make sure everything is working well, and acting as a bridge between the customer and the team, so just communicating at both ends

She is strong in team management and all the project management, required a lot to make sure the requirement is being followed, to make sure they are going together and no problems between 2 parties. She has around 9 years of experience, mainly in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. She also has experience in the ERP domain. It was a project that was more of eCommerce project where they had to use the SAP for the businesses, handling the requirements and understanding for the team to see how to fulfil the requirements
