- Currently doing a contract role, multinational company, product lead, overseeing blockchain platform, previous as senior consultant at XXX June 2020 as lead strategist for customer experience program (iFunds) is a wealth static management investment platform, client insurance company, to basically purchase mutual funds via their platform, is a web app and native mobile app that allows the clients’ customer’s to assist the risk level, do purchasing and management of their investment portfolio essentially online via those avenues.
- His insurance experience was at XXX as Lead Strategy for customer experience. Mixing and matching of diff. portfolio different funds. Improvement with the digital side digital platform called iFunds. They commissioned market research groups and he was acting on behalf of the client to oversight of the research findings and understanding what the customer wants. This was helping the net promotions score implementation which is a statistic based on how satisfied the customer is and including the brand loyalty.
- Doesn’t have technical background but has worked closely with solutions architect and Agile team, full stack development team he was involved. He worked as a Product Owner before running the sprints, stand-up meetings, calculating the velocity of each sprint, understanding the burn down rate for each phase of delivery, doing Program Increment planning. Mainly doing between business and technology, he has done executional delivery based products based on waterfall traditional model development, staging, UAT, more on delivery focused working with Technical Team, doing planning and resourcing managing the PNL of the project.
- Would say his strongest is PM, product strategy and being a consultant. Have 8-9+ years experience overall, has recruitment experience of 2+ years. Mainly product related work doing management consultancy on behalf of the client working with developers closely. Would say he is best at Product Management along with Product Strategy. In consultancy he has 2-3 years experience focused on digital deliveries and some project management, transforming a traditional to digital world, system integration and existing product and then integrate that to azure and deliver the piece to make it all work.
