She develops her skills in XXX because she stays there for 15 years, and she is mostly on the product/ program management. She mostly works with the partner, indirect and direct teams. She works with the hunters and hunt businesses which is also related to sales. It involves bidding exercises, how to handle global account, small- medium business account, or the key accounts in each country. She travelled to Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore to help renew the contracts with the partners and perform investigation with the CEO or COO. She also doing it with the help of other teams.
