1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has Bachelor in Micro Electronics and after working for XXXX in Indonesia, she did her MBA in Australia, that’s where she also got her Australian citizenship. After that, she went into consulting management with a company in Australia, mostly into fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, and aviation industries. She enjoys looking into process and see how she could make it better, she likes to fix things, and such. After some time, she moved to Hong Kong and worked with XXXX as a Solution Design for supply chain, mainly for automotive, luxury goods, retail, high tech, and fashion sectors. Then joined XXXX which is a commodity trading company, she was asked to look into their systems, design processes, and get them aligned with the processes as well mostly for commodity, mining, and such. She took a break after that to focus on her kids and then went back to freelance work in XXXX last 2015, she mostly did project management roles mostly for data projects and multiple domain. She’s currently employed under XXXX and works for sole client XXXX where she is working on their search engine optimization, also dealt with other sectors such as science, biology, chemistry, and some events.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be coordinating resources based on their availability, assess their strengths and weaknesses, help on managing projects, making plans/schedule with due dates and milestone, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been into technical writing especially during her previous work, where she mostly translated user requirements to people that work under her, she did user guides, system installations and implementations, technical manuals, and documents for project stakeholders. In terms of the tools, she’s proficient with Illustrator, Canva, and other programming languages such as HTML, XAML, and such. She would be okay working with consumer products and engineering-related products although her focus previously was into software solutions.
