1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has around 10 years of experience already in the GIS field. He is currently working with XXXX as an Associate Project Manager wherein he’s working on several large scale projects and also helping out doing some data cleansing for XXXX. He is currently involved in managing one of the projects, they just finished the system for them, and it is an IT project with some GIS components in it. Before this, he is mainly on the GIS field working as a Senior Officer, Senior GIS Consultant, and other roles related to GIS. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his problem-solving skills and he is good working with others including vendors, clients, and colleagues since he has worked as a consultant as well before so knows where vendors are coming from, makes it easier for him now to manage vendors himself. For the technical side, he is proficient with GIS tools and applications. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is an associate project manager right now at XXXX, although not much experienced but he is already exposed to the energy industry since he’s joined XXXX. For their previous clients, they mostly use Azure so he’s more knowledgeable with that compared to AWS cloud. He is also currently working on a SAAS implementation although he hasn’t delivered it yet since he is only in the job for few months. They are working on an EMP project mainly used for the communication of different utility companies in Hong Kong; it is mainly used to let each other know that they are working on this specific area/project and that they would be needing/interfering with the power consumption there.
