Has been working since in the IT Banking Data Center Operation for 8 years. Had a degree in Hong Kong Science of Technology and has also managed Global IT operations projects to improve and streamline service operations, e.g., manage APAC Service Operations Console, that has streamlined command center operation and freed up 8 FTE per operator’s shift.

Has a strong skill in Business Development, Product Designing, UX/UI design and finding a solution to a specific project.
- Has developed automation programs/scripts for Mainframe and server platforms to link up various IT components (CICS, MQ etc.) and systems to provide a robust and efficient operating environment for IT services.
- Has streamlined the operations and IT infrastructure of the offshore team and manage the operation process of offshore product also worked on the business development and relationship management side with developers and overseas third party service provider e.g. solicitor, mortgage broker, accountants etc
