- He has experience in PM, strategy formulation, business process improvement and customer experience management. His expertise is Product management and he has extensive experience in Agile as he uses it in his day to day activities and worked in projects related to AI and machine learning. His recent project is with XXX to provide the modernization of their inventory management system. He is strong in people management and communications. Currently working for Infosys as a senior consultant and is working as a product owner.
- He managed projects for XXX and XXX as a PM, implementing solutions to deploy and make a solution that will improve the underwriting process, claims process, market research and speaking with management in XXX . The team consist of differ. staffs and also perform customer research to understand the gaps in the existing underwriting and claims processes, also understanding the full needs of the customer, creating product vision, product strategy and the market strategy.
